DENVER — Another beautiful day is on tap Tuesday with sunshine, no thunderstorms and highs about 86 degrees in Denver, Boulder and Fort Collins.
The mountains also stay sunny and dry on Tuesday with highs ranging from 75 to 85 degrees.
Overall, the monsoon is being locked away to the south of Colorado in New Mexico and Arizona. It largely stays down there until next week.
There are two 20 percent chances of afternoon thunderstorms later this week, on Wednesday and Friday.
Highs temperatures reach 90 to 95 degrees from Thursday to Monday.
Saturday and Sunday look mostly dry and sunny with only a 10 percent chance of afternoon thunderstorms and highs about 93.
