Despite his injury record this season, Michael Olise has managed to showcase his ability at Crystal Palace which has put him in the shop window for the summer transfer window.

The winger has made just 16 appearances for the Eagles but has scored seven goals and grabbed four assists in that period. It is no surprise then that the 22-year-old has been credited with dragging Palace away from relegation uncertainty to a mid-table finish.

Olise has been heavily linked with United considering their woes on the wing and his boyhood fandom for the club. Last season, he chose not to celebrate after scoring a late free-kick against United at Selhurst Park.

The Reds are not the only club linked with him though as Arsenal are showing a keen interest too. But if United were to seal a deal for Olise, MEN Sport reckons there are five transfers which could also be completed in the summer too.

Arrival

Along with Olise, United may be able to raid Palace again for Marc Guehi. The Manchester Evening News understands Sir Jim Ratcliffe wants to add a striker, central midfielder and centre-back to the squad in the summer and the England international could be a cost-effective option.

Bringing Olise in may help twist Guehi's arm to join him at the Theatre of Dreams. At 23, he is starting to head towards his peak and United could grab themselves a player which fits the profile of what Ratcliffe is looking to achieve in the summer transfer window.

Departures

One of the first players set to depart if Olise arrives is Mason Greenwood. United are already planning for this eventuality at the end of the season but the 22-year-old's capture would make his exit inevitable.

Jadon Sancho is another player who would be heading to the exit door if Olise joined. He is already on thin ice with Erik ten Hag and while his performance against PSG in the Champions League was good, he has not looked capable in the Premier League under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer or Ralf Rangnick either.

To add to the winger departures would be Facundo Pellistri. This perhaps has less to do with Olise arriving and more to do with both Amad and Alejandro Garnacho being preferred over him this season.

Pellistri has never really been given the rub of the green at Old Trafford and you would not be surprised if he makes United regret their decision in the future. Finally, a less popular departure could be that of Aaron Wan-Bissaka.

Reports have suggested that Wan-Bissaka could be used to sweeten a deal with Palace who have been keen on bringing their former player back down to the capital. At right-back, it looks like Diogo Dalot has made the position his own and if so, the Reds cannot afford to keep his teammate on the wage bill as a back-up especially if left-back is overhauled in the summer too.
