St Mirren goalkeeper Peter Urminsky will be pitched in to goal for Ayr United today.

Mark Kerr has been forced into the emergency call-up following an injury to regular first-choice Viljami Sinisalo.

The Ayr keeper sustained an ankle injury in training yesterday afternoon.

And that has forced boss Kerr to call on giant Slovak Urminsky, 21, to fill the gloves.

Urminsky will play this afternoon

The Saints' third-choice was drafted in this morning and has met his new team-mates for the first time on arrival at Somerset Park.

Ayr, who currently sit in ninth in the Championship, take on Dick Campbell's Arbroath today in a crunch clash.

The Lichties arrive at Somerset as the form side in the league, currently unbeaten in seven games.
